Welcome to our Ninth Episode!!
Recording this episode was our first adventure on the road. We took two buses, one train, and one ferry to get to Stephanie Yu parent’s house in Vancouver BC and record a beautiful conversation. Stephanie is a successful vegan storyteller and world traveler who has inspired a number of people, including ourselves, to acknowledge the benefits of a vegan diet and accept this lifestyle with open arms. Stephanie has also inspired us to think and reflect deeply about life, and acknowledge the fact that “The only constant in life is change“. Stephanie has achieved a lot in her life through the use of social media, including Instagram and Youtube, as well as her book “A Beautiful Mess” which is an awesome reflective book about life in general. Stephanie also has a podcast under the same name “A Beautiful Mess“, which can be found on her website. As soon as Stephanie opened the door to us, we could tell her charisma, love, and open mind mentality. Throughout the recording session, we kept seeing her ability to reflect on life and live in the moment with a free flow mindset. Stephanie truly embodies Bruce Lee’s saying of “BE LIKE WATER MY FRIEND,” which made our conversation extremely impactful and fun. We are very excited for you to get to know Stephanie better, and we hope you enjoy this episode the same way we did.
