Kicking off the Gold Team with Iceman!
I wanted to keep some of that cool translucent blue plastic on this one. I started off with a coat of matte varnish to help the paint stick and to give it a frosty look. Then I gave it several dark blue washes to get the recesses to pop, and last I built up lighter shades of blue and whites to bring out the high points. I stippled on the lighter colors to give it that frosty, snowy look. I think it turned out pretty darn cool!
