This is how tourists get tricked.
The pavement sign says Sugar Cane drinks. On the edge of the walkway is the sugar cane drink stand. The drinks are made on the spot, when you order them.
Stop for a drink and if your hungry - you could get something to eat.
For tourists, nothing about this place says dog meat.

The first 2 menu items are both dog meat!
First is 'Chewy Dog Meat Without Bones'
Second is 'Boiled Dog Meat'

If you’re hungry and don’t speak the language you might point to the first things on the menu.
And you’ve innocently ordered dog meat.
And this is in a safe location where foreigners say "There’s no dog meat."
