Cancer is this unknown that so many of us get sucked into. Too many of us.

Because we cannot cure all people. Because we cannot get everyone to be cancer free. It leads to a lot of fear.

Some people even go so far as to say

“EVERYTHING gives you cancer. There is nothing you can do about it. Just live your life.”

YIKES. That is not accurate and definitely not a statement ground in power.

As a cancer survivor myself, I know I want to do absolutely everything in my control to lower my risk of recurrence. But there is a secret to this (ready?)

It’s NOT about what you CUT OUT. It’s about what you ADD IN.

You can lower your risk of cancer by adding things to your life. Specific foods. Targeted exercise. Supplements.
