Inspired by the Climactic battle in the original movie against their chosen destroyer The Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.
Simply made with
100 proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Rum Coffee Liqueur
Créme de Cacao
Irish Creme
American Coffee
Vanilla/Marshmallow Cream

2nd Cocktail
The Ectoplasm Sour!
Inspired by the river of slime that was underneath New York City in Ghostbusters 2!
Simply made with:
Tequila blanco
Guava Nectar
Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
Homemade Hibiscus/Passion fruit syrup
Egg white
Cabernet Sauvignon Ice Cubes

3rd Cocktail
The Ecto Collins!
Inspired by the classic Hi-C Ecto Cooler, Cartoon series, & Kenner Toy line.
Simply made with:
Lime Flavored Rum
Melon Liqueur
Sour apple Pucker
Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Pineapple Juice
Passion Fruit Juice
Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
Simple Syrup
Topped with Sprite
