পিআর পদ্ধতিতে উচ্চকক্ষের বিষয়ে ঐক্য ছাড়া জাতীয় সনদে এনসিপি সই করবে না বলে জানিয়েছেন দলটির আহ্বায়ক নাহিদ ইসলাম।সকালে জামালপুরে শহীদ পরিবারের সদস্য ও আহতদের সঙ্গে সাক্ষাৎ শেষে তিনি একথা বলেন। নির্বাচন কমিশন, পুলিশ- কেউই নিরপেক্ষ আচরণ করছে না বলেও অভিযোগ করেন এনসিপির আহ্বায়ক। নির্বাচনের আগে লেভেল প্লেয়িং ফিল্ড নিশ্চিত করারও দাবি জানান তিনি। এ সময় লুৎফুজ্জামান বাবরকে নিয়ে নাসিরুদ্দিন পাটোয়ারীর বক্তব্যে বিএনপি প্রতিবাদ করতে পারে বলে মন্তব্য করেন নাহিদ ইসলাম।
