This is a wine with a story to tell (read more here), from David’s initial enamour with the variety in Chile, South America, some 20 years ago to the first tiny plantings in the sandstone Sandpoort soils in the Cederberg and finally the bottling of South Africa’s first certified Sauvignon Gris. This is a delightfully concentrated wine with a unique character and a penchant for pairing with good food.
