चलिए जानते है भगवद गीता के बारे में।

**भगवद गीता क्या है ?**
Bhagavad Gita एक पवित्र ग्रंथ है Bhagavad Gita आज से लभगभ 5,000 वर्ष पहले भगवान Shri Krishn ने अर्जुन को updesh दिया था जिसे भगवद गीता के नाम से जाना जाता हैं हमारे हर प्रश्न का उत्तर समाहित है। गीता को जितनी बार पढ़ते हैं, उतनी ही बार कुछ न कुछ नया सीखने को मिलता है।

Bhagavad Gita विश्वभर में भारत के आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान के मणि के रूप में विख्यात है। गीता में 18 अध्याय है और 18 अध्यायों में 700 श्लोक है। गीता वेदों और उपनिषदों का सार है। यह सब समय के लिए सभी स्वभाव के लोगों के लिए एक सार्वभौमिक शास्त्र है।

**भगवद गीता क्यों पढ़नी चाहिए ?**
हमारे ग्रन्थों में मनुष्य योनि को सबसे सवश्रेष्ठ बताया गया हैं लेक़िन मानव जीवन बहुत कठिनाइयों से गुजरता हैं हमें हर मोड़पर अनेकों परेशनियों का सामना करना पड़ता हैं जो हमारे जीवन को उथलपुथल कर देती है औऱ इन्ही समस्या का समाधान ढूंढना बेहद कठिन होता हैं। इसलिए हमें भगवद गीता गीता को पढ़ना चाहिए क्योंकि यह Gita Saar मानव जीवन का सार है जिसमें मनुष्य के हर सवाल का जवाब मिलता हैं और भगवद गीता को समस्त ग्रन्थों में सवश्रेष्ठ माना गया है
