I like playing The Sims and I like cooking, so I decided to recreate the food from the game one at a time. Today, I made mac and cheese using J. Kenji López-Alt's 3-Ingredient Stovetop Mac and Cheese recipe. It was my first time making mac and cheese with evaporated milk, so I was excited, maybe a little too excited... hehehe... The mac and cheese turned out yummy and the method was super quick and easy so I highly recommend it!
