Today, a special session was held at the head office of Fabric Lagbe Limited, graced by Mr. Abu Ahmed Siddique (NDC), Chairman of the Bangladesh Handloom Board and Additional Secretary; Mr. Thijs Woudstra, Deputy Ambassador of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands; Mr. Md Abdur Rahim, Head of SME & Agri Finance of Shahjalal Islami Bank; Ms. Annemarie Retera, PUM Expert from the Netherlands; Ms. Tanzila Tajreen, Senior Policy Advisor at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands; and Mr. Sivakumar Pitchairaj, CEO of PAKIZA Group – Spinning Division, along with many other distinguished guests.

A special discussion was held after the session at Fabric Lagbe Head Office, where distinguished guests joined Engr. Md Nazmul Islam, CEO & Founder of Fabric Lagbe. The conversation highlighted the future of Bangladesh’s handloom industry, digital empowerment of artisans, and the role of Fabric Lagbe in connecting local craftsmanship to fair and global markets.
