Grand Riviera Princess is said to be a 5-star hotel in Riviera Maya (IMHO it is 4 at best.).

It is only a 10 minute shuttle from Playa del Carmen and 40 minutes from the Cancun airport, and near all of the most interesting and exciting attractions.

Grand Riviera Princess offers 674 rooms, 7 ala Carte restaurants and 9 bars. Oh and they have 16 pools.

We had a swim up room but there are also Platinum rooms and Laguna Villa Suites. The Platinum rooms are located in and around the beachfront area and provide all of the facilities and amenities exclusive to the Platinum Zone.
