Your medical home isn’t closed during the pandemic – just doing business differently! We continue to provide care through ‘virtual appointments’ to most people – phone, videochat, email. We also see patient who need to be seen face to face providing they don’t have any signs of COVID-19 infection.

We continue to get lots of questions about COVID-19, the CVFP response and what your Family Physician/Nurse practitioner think about this pandemic.

The CVFP Team is planning on holding a ‘virtual town hall’ – an ‘on line’ dialogue with our patients on Wednesday, April 8th from 630 to 800 PM. This is your opportunity to hear from (and see!) your Family Doctor/NP or Nurse. We invite you to provide questions before hand, type in questions during the chat and get some answers that night.

This session is free and available to all CVFP patients.
