The automatic control process design includes the priority selection of handling tasks. Tasks are executed in order of priority, and tasks of the same priority are executed in order of time. For example, according to the working condition of bulk material yard, the system needs to carry out matrix partition to find out the reclaiming point and stacking point of the yard. When selecting the stacking point, the sampling data of the material level should be obtained, and the elevation, plane position and mutual distance of the sampling points should be taken as the selection basis.


After the intelligent crane selects the automatic working mode, the automatic control system will execute the assigned production tasks according to the priority. When the crane does not execute the production task, the control software will query whether the task needs to be executed according to the priority order of each task, and the same priority task is based on the time of first in first out. When the required materials can be used for production, the corresponding fetching and handling address is generated and the task is started; if there is no available material, the current task will be automatically skipped and the next task waiting to be executed will be queried.



The automatic control system of intelligent crane is composed of high-performance computer and other additional equipment to coordinate and distribute the crane for parking and handling tasks. Information management software is responsible for goods inventory collection, production data storage and management, crane task scheduling, fault self inspection, information transmission and other data support functions to realize automatic inventory management and automatic operation. The equipment and the control system are interconnected through the plant level LAN, and all the collected information is read in real time by the information management software and summarized for management.
