Welcome to our tutorial on how to configure WooCommerce in CatalogueFlow to generate descriptions and synchronize them with WooCommerce. Upon entering the Channels section, you'll see a list of available channels. Today, we'll be activating WooCommerce.

To do this, we'll need to configure the URL, the Key, and the Secret of WooCommerce in CatalogueFlow. As an example, in the following WooCommerce installation, the URL will be that of the e-commerce. Then, we go to WooCommerce, navigate to 'Settings', 'Advanced' and click on 'REST API'. Here, we create a new API key.

We copy the consumer key and the consumer secret and paste them into the corresponding WooCommerce fields in CatalogueFlow. Don't forget to click save.

With this ready, we can now synchronize the products. The first thing we must do is fetch all the products from WooCommerce, for that, we are going to synchronize the products. Keep in mind that if you already have synchronized products, the descriptions and names will be overwritten with those existing in WooCommerce. Everything is linked through the product SKU.

Once we have all the WooCommerce products, we'll proceed to generate the descriptions. Here you can indicate the language, the HTML format for the description, and the maximum number of characters.

We press 'Start generating descriptions'. This process can take a while, but you can watch the activity in real time as your product names and descriptions are generated.

Once all of your product descriptions are as you want them, you can synchronize the products with all the generated descriptions with WooCommerce to update your e-commerce. By clicking 'Send descriptions to WooCommerce', you will replace the names and descriptions of your products in WooCommerce. You can verify this in real time by accessing your WooCommerce administration panel.

Once this process is finished, you will have all your new descriptions generated and saved.
