Testing The Cheapest Scan Tool with the Most Amount of Features | Mucar CDE900 Review and Tutorial

The Mucar CDE900 obd2 code reader was sent to me for testing. So far, this scan tool seems to be the cheapest one I could find with this amount of features. It comes with basic OBD2 code reading and scanning features but it can also be upgraded to read and enter manufacturer-specific systems like ABS, TCM, SRS, and ECM. The Upgrade does cost a fee but is good for a lifetime. Even with the extra fee this scan tool seems to be the cheapest compared to others with these same features. to my surprise, the Mucar CDE900 code reader is android based and has a touch screen.
