what needs to be done?
Inspect for missing bolts, clips, nuts brackets; replace. Auto Krafters carries a full line of AMK fasteners for old Fords.

Look at body lines, find "solid" starting point eg rear quarters. Look at the gaps starting there.

Remember, cars were assembled by men, variances happen plus or minus 1/8 inch at times.

Look for hidden damage

Show that factory faults are what they are and that four doors can make for poor alignment on B pillar cars.

Back of door first move forward look at hood to fender relationship.

Four door and wagon start at upper pillar on front door. To align fenders

Gaps at the bottom of doors were often greater than sides on most 60s cars.

Show alignment bolt locations.
Door bolts will not be accessible with doors closed accept rear doors on four door cars. Some Fords have a mid bolt on the fender at the door.

Show affect each bolt has on the fender and doors.

Show that shims could be used to affect hood to fender fit. And that shims will be necessary  on bottom of fender at rear.
