Stryd Footpod Testing | Measuring Wheel 10k | Film My Run

Stryd Wind vs Stryd Non Wind. Having completed a 10k test with two Stryd footpods on a 400m track, I took to the seafront promenade and measured a 10k course out and back and tested the two different Stryd footpods again.

I accept the inadequacies of the test in that, ideally you don't run with a measuring wheel because this may cause the wheel to bounce and leave contact with the ground. However, given that, it's remarkable how close my two runs on this course have been. I do not accept that the measuring wheel itself is inaccurate. It has a 1 metre circumference, 318mm diameter and has been tested on a marked path.
