This is my "live off the floor" cover of a beloved Stevie Wonder classic, Sir Duke, performed at the historic CASO Station in St. Thomas, Canada.

Stevie Wonder has been an inspiration of mine for a long time. I LOVE his music - the groove, the swagger, the toe-tapping pulse, the virtuosity, the compositional courage - and this song is no exception. I figured that I would give this cover my own flavour by setting a familiar song to an unfamiliar arrangement: acoustic and (pretty well) unplugged.

They say that the true test of a good song is whether it can hold up when it's stripped down to its most exposed form: guitar and voice. I dare you to find out whether it works....
