The breadcrumbs fruit cake recipe you don’t want to miss

Add breadcrumbs to your Jamaican fruit and you will have a beautiful texture, if not you can use any of my fruit cake recipe, guaranteed for an amazing result and texture

Here are the ingredients used:

Fruitcake with breadcrumbs:

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour (180 grams)
1 1/2 cups of plain breadcrumbs (119 grams)
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 tbs baking powder
1 tbs cinnamon powder
1 tbs nutmeg
1 tsp mixed spice
2 1/4 cups of dark brown sugar (450 grams )
4 stick butter (use a good one)
8 large eggs (1 tbs lime and orange zest) (1/4 tsp lime juice)
2 tbs vanilla
4 cups fruit
1/2 tsp almond essence
1 tsp rose water
Browning (I prefer to use Eve)
1/4 cup of rum and wine mix
Bake @280 degrees Fahrenheit (137 degrees Celsius)
