This is the third targeted killing in four days in Jammu and Kashmir. Hindu people are furious with all these targeted killings and the inaction to ensure security. As fear and panic grip the valley, Kashmiri Hindus began leaving the valley in search of a safe haven. Yesterday a bank employee from Rajasthan was shot day. The day before which a woman teacher was killed in Kulgam.
