Weathering a £300 model locomotive! | Iron Horse Weekly ep26

KR did well with their fell - I was set the task of weathering one to represent what it might have looked like a few days before being scrapped..

I actually continued adjusting and fettling the model long after the video and photos used within - the finished article looks a little different but not too much - a few scorch marks for the fire it suffered etc 🙂

what do we think?

Also! grabbed a bargain with the Heljan 05 - as you can see, a beautifully smooth runner, I've adjusted the CV settings to represent the top speed of about 18mph or so...
