In South Africa, land remains an emotive issue, even 22 years after the end of apartheid. When the ANC came to power in 1994 it aimed for 30% of land in white hands to be transferred to black owners, but to date only around 10% has been handed over. Now a new bill designed to speed up the process is due to be ratified, but it still faces many hurdles. Our correspondents report.
