Andrea C. McLean is an author, speaker, and board-certified life, career, and executive coach who is passionate about empowering women to transform their lives and design their futures.

As a corporate executive who led global teams, she also found time to serve as an internal executive coach who supported women in the UK and Europe and was the co-chair of the Women’s Leadership Network. Andrea has a deep understanding of personal power and guides her clients towards their authentic selves and has witnessed her clients’ transformations and mindset shifts.

During our conversation, we learn what her life was like as a young girl growing up on the island of Jamaica, what inspired her to get her master’s degree in her 50s, and the motivation behind her book, Grace During A Pandemic.
