Equipped with a fiber laser source and, therefore, able to laser cut highly reflective metals such as aluminum, brass and copper alloys, plus the various grades of steel or galvanized, of every shape or form, like round, oval, square and rectangular metal tubes and profiles.
The use of the fiber laser also provides dramatically lower operating costs due to the elimination of laser source maintenance and the extremely low electrical consumption o tube laser cutting.

The LT5.10 ensures an efficient, fully automatic and reliable production process that can run in unattended mode. The large capacity bundle loader can handle round, oval, square or rectangular tubes. Each tube is automatically removed from the loader, measured, and positioned ready for processing while the machine is cutting the prior bar.

Knowing the length of the tube allows the system to automatically optimize the number, the orientation and position of the parts on the tube in order to maximize material utilization and minimize waste.
The changeover to different size or shaped tubes is accomplished in just minutes by making few simple machine adjustments.
