• “ Each year we celebrate Navratri as a day of Goddess Durga’s Victory over Mahishasura ( Demon ) , the Ultimate Victory of ‘ GOOD OVER EVIL ’ . Basically, We Organize events , festivals to bring more diversity and reasons to bring more positivity into our community members . We would love to see when Everyone in the room exchange their cultural activities, stories and knowledge.

• You might have seen some pictures with this message, sitting us on the floor and eating our meals. It’s actually one of our best practice to eat food with friends and family together ❤️! We all feel equal , it also has some health benefits- This position helps you cognate the amount of food you have eaten & helps you feel full faster, good for body back position .
