eddie22Island: Small Appliance Repairs: I cannot stand by the computer and wait for a reply….nor am I asking you to….since I am not there I will need your help with information….this for a more complete picture in trying to diagnose and resolve your issue .… I’ve reviewed what you have given me so far.this is an initial assessment and we can start here: --there is a clog somewhere.try removing the brew unit clean ANY grinds .then do a clean with vinegar .and see if that will make a difference -- if no favorable results I will direct you to another possible solution If by some reason a resolution to the problem just isn't possible…I will do my best to supply you with any remaining options, from what other resources I can find.…you might feel the need to choose a bad service rating, I ask that you stop and consider replying back to me with any of your concerns….more times than not ….with E-Mail… things can be lost in translation.
