Triumph TR3A complete restoration for street and racing

This video is a slide presentation documenting many aspects of a complete rotisserie, nut and bolt restoration of my TR3A that had been sitting partially disassemble in a carport for 33 years. Although I have life-long mechanical experience, this is my first complete restoration and race car build. The process took 54 months beginning the day after purchasing it in June 2008 and continued with daily attention until completion in January 2013. This restoration was performed at my home shop. The body and frame were taken off site only for media blasting and engine parts for machining. A good friend machined some of my special designs and another friend assisted with final body work and spraying on the Primrose paint. My special "Friends of Triumph" shared valuable tips, suggestions, parts and pieces for racing throughout the restoration as well as continuous inspiration. Please enjoy this video.
