This video is about Radial Nerve Stretch ULTT 2b.  Stretching of the radial nerve is done by taking your arm back behind you and bending your wrist so your palm is facing upwards as shown in the video.  Gentle stretching of the nerve like this can be good for nerve type pain in your neck and arm.  Typically doing this for 30 seconds with 2-3 sets.  Don't force your arm back but gently push into where in hurts and increase the stretch by stretching your neck to one side away from the side you are stretching.
