Описание к видео JAPAN - TOKYO FOR FREE: Sake Museum - Sake Plaza - nihonshu shochu awamori - 日本酒 - 焼酎 - 泡盛

This exhibition-museum and tasting room
is an ideal place to get to know the Japanese national drink:
Sake (nihonshu - 日本 酒).

It is on the ground floor of the building
of the Japanese Association of Sake and Shochu Producers
(日本 酒 造 会館).

Wall-to-wall bottles
represent a history and culture lesson of the Japanese sake,
which dates back 2,000 years.

The structure provides detailed explanations
on the different types and features of sake
with books, videos, display panels and free brochures.

It also sells sake, shochu (焼 酎) and awamori (泡 盛).
For a fee, you can taste five sake varieties of your choice.

Where?
1-1-21 Nishi-Shimbashi; Minato-ku – Tokyo
Sake Plaza: 1F/4F - Building of the Japanese Association
of Sake and Shochu Producers (日本 酒 造 会館)
