We had a fun time planning my daughter's 2nd Birthday party on a budget.
Most of the items purchased were from the Dollar Tree.

Each girl upon arriving looked for her name on a chair and received her fairy wings (dollar tree), tutu (made by us) and hair band (dollar tree in sets) with a printable Tinker Bell character attached.

Paint a Fairy houses: were purchased at Joann's for $1

They had to go on a fairy adventure to find their fairy homes. We used cereal boxes inside out and decorated them with nature elements. Inside were their party favors.

We also set the mood by having fairy background music.
