Nothing fancy, just a whipped coffee video using coconut palm sugar because it's a pandemic and I've got nothing else to do.

Mix equal parts instant coffee, sugar and water in a large bowl and beat until stiff peaks form (took me about 4 minutes with an electric mixer. By hand I'm guessing it would take hours, if not days). Mix foam into plant-based milk of your choice and enjoy!
