No one likes to get false alarms, and everyone should have some sort of smoke alarms in their home, so the information I'll provide here is pretty important and also things I wish I had known beforehand.

I'm not opposed to the Nest Protect alarms, but I was not able to make them work without false alarms after they were compromised by our circumstances.
