ASMR | Eyes Closed Light Trigger Instructions + Brown Noise

In today's #ASMR video, you are taken through another session at the sleep clinic. Within this session, you are instructed to close your eyes and follow a series of instructions purely based off of seeing lights through your eyelids. An extra layer of brown noise has been overlayed onto this video for extra relaxation. Hopefully, this will be useful for people who need a constant sound to fall asleep.
