KHARVAS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

Milk ….. 2 cup
Condensed Milk …. 1 cup
Sugar….. 1 cup
Curd ……. 1 cup
Cornflour …… 2 tsp
Cardamom Powder
Nutmeg
Pistachio

PROCESS:


1. Take a bowl, add milk, curd and sugar. Mix it well.

2. Add condensed milk and mix.

3. Add 2 tsp corn flour and mix again.

4. Place a strainer inside any cylindrical vessel, add some water and turn on the flame.

5. After a minute, place the milk mixture over the inverted strainer and cook for 7-8 mins. With lid on.

6. After 7-8 mins check by poking toothpick or knife inside the mixture if it comes clear, Kharvas is ready otherwise cook for some more minutes.

7. It is preferred to put it in fridge for 15-30 mins before serving.

8. Homemade sweet is ready in hardly 30 mins. Enjoy with your loved ones.
