(English below) Los que tuvisteis Windows XP seguramente recordaréis que venía un pinball gratuito llamado 3D Pinball o Space Cadet. Personalmente le eché bastante partidas a ese pinball. Pues resulta que un fan, JP Salas, ha creado un remake para Visual Pinball 10.7, y está genial, me parece una recreación muy buena. Gracias a las físicas del VP se juega mucho mejor (aunque por ende, no igual), y la recreación visual y sonora actualizada está muy lograda.

En el minuto 25:06 muestro el juego en su versión de Windows 95 (que venía con el CD Microsoft Plus!, en XP venía ya incluido de serie, aunque no sé si en todas las versiones). Esta versión tiene bastante baja resolución y no se ve muy bien (no recuerdo si el de XP tenía más), así que en el minuto 27:38 cambio a la versión de Full Tilt! Pinball, que tiene mayor resolución.

Porque a lo mejor muchos no sabéis que ese pinball en realidad pertenecía a este Full Tilt! Pinball, desarrollado por Cinematronics y publicado por Maxis 1995, y era una de las 3 mesas que incluía. Ya puestos, muestro las otras mesas también para ver cómo eran. La verdad es que conjunto me parece un juego divertido, si bien claro está, actualmente existen juegos de pinball mejores, y con el mismo Visual Pinball hay literalmente cientos de mesas, tanto recreaciones como originales, y totalmente gratis.

Those of you who had Windows XP will surely remember that there was a free pinball game called 3D Pinball or Space Cadet. Personally I played a lot of that pinball. It turns out that a fan, JP Salas, has created a remake for Visual Pinball 10.7, and it's great, I think it's a very good recreation. Thanks to the VP physics it plays much better (although not the same), and the updated visual and sound recreation are very successful.

At minute 25:06 I show the game in its Windows 95 version (which came with the Microsoft Plus! CD, in XP it was already included as standard, although I don't know if in all versions). This version has quite low resolution and doesn't look very good (I don't remember if the XP version had more), so at minute 27:38 I switch to the Full Tilt! Pinball, which has higher resolution.

Because maybe many of you don't know that this pinball actually belonged to this Full Tilt! Pinball, developed by Cinematronics and published by Maxis 1995, and it was one of the 3 tables included. The truth is that the set seems to me a fun game, although of course, nowadays there are better pinball games, and with the same Visual Pinball there are literally hundreds of tables, both recreations and originals, and totally free.
