250 gms maida
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ajwain
1 tsp jeera
2 tbsp oil

Haldi powder and Lemon juice
Slit green chillies
Some amchur powder
Jeera powder
Black pepper powder
Red chilly powder

2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
Green chillies
Onions
Fresh coriander
