The James Burn BB50H High Speed Semi-Automatic Binder automatically finishes hand fed pre-punched documents with Wire-O sizes from 1/4" up to 1".

The James Burn BB50H cuts the wire to length, feeds the wire into the document, and closes the wire automatically at speeds up to 1200 books per hour and up to 20" wide.

The BB50H offers the highest quality wire close in the industry. The patented closing tools, provide finished documents with wire in a perfect round shape. No more unsightly oblong wire.

The user-friendly, touch screen control, operates most functions including wire size, pitch and format changes electronically.

All tool changes and adjustments are made from the front of machine and wire size change overs are fast and simple.

The optional hanger feeder allows the unit to automatically drop calendar hangers into skip cut wire for calendar production and the BB50H will do skip binding with or without calendar hangers.

The BB50H uses either traditional spools or our patented SnakeSkin Wire in both 3:1 and 2:1 pitch.
