New-Mown Meadows for C#/D accordion - HD

The New-Mown Meadows is a very popular reel among Irish box players. C#/D players (and D melodeon players) favour the key of E, as shown here, while B/C players will favour D (using exactly the same fingering as here, of course). Sometimes you will hear the tune played higher, in A.

This is a fairly basic setting. For inspiration, and more ideas, seek out versions recorded by Johnny Connolly, Damien Mullane, Séamus Begley, Tony MacMahon, and others.
