Final Ride on The Montgomery Hydraulic Elevator @ Former Macy's at The University Mall, Tampa, FL

Here is the FINAL RIDE On the Elevator at the Soon To be Former Macy's Store at The Mostly dead University Mall in Tampa, FL. If you remember from my previous videos of this elevator, you would know this elevator has been known for being a true DEATH TRAP, and I got stuck in it one time, and that this thing breaks constantly. Well, in this video, you will see this elevator is no longer a death trap, and it was actually running well when this was taken!!!!! (Which is shocking as the store is shutting down very soon) As for the Store closing, it is very sad to see but this elevator isn't the reason why it's sad, I use to come to this mall a lot when I was little, including this Macy's, and now this store is going to become one of University Mall's 150-160 out of 165 empty stores. With that being said, as the mall is becoming abandoned and dying, there are plans either to completely demolish and rebuild the mall, or to demolish the mall and build something else like a YMCA, Apartments, or possibly even a theme park but still unknown, or to gut the mall building and demolish the Macy's Sears, Dillard's and JCPenney buildings and convert it into something else. As of now this Macy's will be sitting abandoned starting on March, 19th, 2017. With that being said, stay tuned for my upcoming store tour, and goodbye to the Montgomery Elevator.
