Sharing my version of cheesy beef quesadilla- 2 ways with my homemade spice mix. This is one of my family's favorite when we want something easy and delicious dish. Best serve with tortilla chips, guacamole and hot sauce. I hope you enjoy this as much as my family do.

INGREDIENTS:

QUESADILLA SPICE MIX:
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder

CHEESE SAUCE:
1 cup evaporated milk
1 shredded cheedar cheese
1 tsp cornstarch
3 tbsp evaporated milk

BEEF FILLINGS:
2 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium size onion, finely chopped
500g ground beef
1 small red or green bell pepper, diced
2 tbsp tomato paste
6-8 tortillas wrap ( 25cm x 12 )
yogurt sauce
shredded lettuce
tomato, diced
cheese sauce
tortilla chips
ground beef mixture
shredded mozzarella and white cheedar cheese ( or other cheese
of your choice )
