No composer embodies Czech music and culture like Antonín Dvořák. So no matter where you’re watching from across the world, in this Philharmonia Session all of us are heading on an adventure to the rolling hills and mysterious forests of the Czech countryside.

Painting these vivid musical landscapes is virtuoso cellist Alisa Weilerstein, creating both the exquisite tenderness of Silent Woods and the drama of the Rondo for cello and orchestra.
