100 YEARS OF THE CANADIAN NATIONAL EXHIBITION C.N.E (1978)

A short film commemorating the 100th anniversary of the CNE. This film was transferred from a 16mm film print by our amazing summer intern Daniel Loker.

Retrontario’s primary mission is the preservation, research and exhibition of rare videotape recordings (1970s to 1990s) recorded off of any and all Ontario (and surrounding area) TV channels; footage which would likely be lost if not sought out and preserved digitally. We also hope to create an ongoing oral history of this content through comments left below the videos.
