We've reached a small break in the rain this weekend and all the rain and humidity has cause my pit grates to rust, so it was time for some cleaning. I used a few new grill tools to help remove the rust so I could smoke some delicious ribs using "The Doc" seasoning by Big Papi's Smokehouse. Big shout out to my friend Mr. Gerald Vinnett Jr. for his amazing seasoning, delicious foods and his great appearance on Netflix's American Barbeque Showdown! I also smoke some incredible Richard's Smoke Sausage and my special Cream Corn, Corn Bread! It all came out great and what an amazing way to spend a weekend... Do what I love.
