SC Refuses To Hear On Urgent Basis Petition Of Arvind Kejriwal Challenging Delhi HC’s Observation On His Arrest.
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has moved the Supreme Court against several setbacks. AAP leader's counsel will raise the matter before Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud on April 10. Kejriwal, while moving Apex court, has also demanded an ‘urgent hearing’ into the matter. He did this to challenge the Delhi High Court’s verdict over his plea.
