Crispy Fried Enoki Mushroom

My recipe for fried enoki mushroom is crispy and taste so good. Full of flavor and a great snack that you will enjoy!

for the sauce recipe:
2 TBS fish sauce
2 TBS sugar
1 whole lime
Smash 1 fresh chili pepper to taste
1/2 cup of water.
The flavor profile should be sweet and sour. Tell me how it turns out
