INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 1 (SPICY GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP)
1.6 lbs large shrimp
Salt, black pepper and garlic powder
2-3 tbsp of cornstarch
5 tbsp unsalted butter or margarine
10 cloves garlic, chopped
Chili flakes, adjust to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp hot sauce (any brand)
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
A pinch of chicken powder or magic sarap (optional)
Green onions (optional)

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE No. 2 (No-Oven Pork ribs BBQ)
2 lbs baby back ribs (or pork ribs)
Salt and pepper
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp calamansi juice or lemon juice
1/2 cup of banana ketchup or tomato catsup
4 tbsp of bbq marinade mix (any brand)
2 tbsp of soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 & 1/2 cups of water (add more if needed)
Thai chili pepper, siling labuyo (adjust to taste)
