WAM Hobby Journal #13 - Land and Water Customs

Merry Christmas, everyone! And hopefully a very happy New Year, which should be easy as the bar set by 2020 is pretty low.

In this installment of the Hobby Journal Tom takes a look at some relatively uncommon Land and Water Customs examples, as well as the Water Protection Police. These aren't pieces you are liable to see very often these days, if at all.
