Ingredients:
[ ] 2 cup hominy corn
[ ] 10 cups water
[ ] 3 cinnamon sticks
[ ] e bay leaves
[ ] 2 cups coconut milk
[ ] 3 tablespoons sea moss
[ ] ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
[ ] ½ tea spoon nutmeg powder
[ ] 3/4 cup brown sugar
[ ] 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
[ ] ½ teaspoon salt

👉🏾Here’s the cooking time for Jamaican Hominy Corn Porridge 🥣
[ ] If hominy corn is soaked overnight: ⏱️ About 55–65 minutes total
[ ] 30–40 minutes to boil the corn until soft
[ ] 20–25 minutes to simmer with coconut milk, spices, and sweeteners
[ ] If hominy corn is not soaked: ⏱️ About 1½–2 hours total
[ ] 60–75 minutes to boil the corn until tender
[ ] 20–25 minutes to simmer with milk and spices
