Ms. Sandy Blalock served on the NM Automotive Recyclers Association Board for 17 years and 4 years as President. During her time on this board, she was actively involved in state legislation to change the licensing for automotive recyclers and legislation that mandates non-repairable vehicles only being sold to only licensed automotive recyclers in New Mexico. In April of 2018 Sandy was hired as the Executive Director of the Automotive Recyclers Association, headquartered in Manassas, Virginia.
