How to change the bow smoothly at the frog?
1. Hold the bow lightly
2. Upon arriving at the frog, slightly elevate the upper arm and wrist to reduce weight (without lifting the shoulder)
3. Tilt the bow slightly towards the fingerboard
4. Flex the joints slightly before and during the bow change
